IPipelineBehaviorOptionsResolver

Optional instance contract for a behavior that merges its own defaults into the options declared at a call site or globally. Contract diagnostics call it on behavior instances so contract validators receive the options the behavior will apply; a behavior without an instance when the diagnostics run passes its validators the raw declared options.
